Jess was really comforting while I was really nervous. She informed me every step of the way through the procedure, making sure to check in every now and again during it so see my comfort levels. Was very clear about aftercare and booked me back in 2 weeks later for top up or adjustments if needed to make sure I was still happy with the results.

Had an amazing experience with Jess! She’s so professional and friendly, really made me feel welcome and listened to.
