Louise is outstanding! Her skill set is incredible! Had a demaplaning facial and lash lift and tint today with Lou. Everything was amazing, Lou is fantastic at what she does. She explained the process and offered lots of advice throughout the appointment. My skin feels so radiant and soft and my lashes are perfect! The Pink Room itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and everyone who works there is so welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

Booked my daughter in for prom hair and makeup with the lovely Ellie. My daughter was made to feel so welcome, Ellie was so attentive and the end result was stunning. Thank you so much, we will be visiting again.
