Had my laser appointment with Lana and it was such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived she made me feel completely at ease, taking the time to explain everything and answer questions so I felt confident. Her warm, calming manner makes the whole treatment relaxed and comfortable, and she constantly checks in to ensure you’re okay. The process was quick, virtually pain-free, and far less daunting than I expected. I left feeling cared for, happy with the results, and already looking forward to my next session

I had my brows micro bladed few weeks ago by Ellia and they are fab. Today, I came for some Botox. She was very precise, marked her areas of injecting with great care and the whole experience was pretty much painless. I am sure the results will be great. Thanks

Another wonderful appointment with Lana! This time getting Tecar treatment, Lana is such a kind and knowledgeable woman that ive now booked in multiple times trialling different treatments from drainage massage to bioslim wraps they are all excellent. Would recommend again and again :)
