This was my first time meeting Susan and also my first experience of semi permanent makeup so was a bit nervous. Susan was amazing, she explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. Matched my colour straight away and the result was amazing. We had some good chat during the process which made it so much better. Can't wait to go back for my 4 week top up.

Susan was very knowledgeable and explained in detail everything I needed to know about semi permanent eyebrows.Put me at ease with a welcoming friendly consultation.

Booked to get semi permanent eyebrows done. I am a woose when it comes to needles but Susan made me feel relaxed. Has been very clear If I wanted them darker or bigger she would change until I was happy . Would definitely recommend. Both myself and my mum have been.
