Visited the salon for the first time today to get biab nails, eyebrow tint & wax, and an LVL done. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel welcome, the staff were so nice, conversational and a good laugh. All my treatments were done bang on time and I love the results of each one. Jemma made me feel at ease straight from the start, she talked me through the procedure and what to expect. This is my first experience having my eyebrows semipermanent. As an older person I have found my hair growth has slowed down and I was getting gaps in my brows. I would highly recommend this treatment and would definitely return to Jemma for any further treatments. Thank you for keeping me informed and helping me feel at ease .
