Ashlee made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process, and Kyna was very informative—she really emphasized the importance of maintaining great home care. This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.

It was a very relaxing experience, no sitting around waiting for excessive periods. I got complements on how nice my hair looked while out shopping. The girls were friendly and I definitely will visit again.
