Stella's professionalism and passion for her craft were very impressive. Her knowledge of hair was extensive, and she ultimately helped me come up with a hairstyle that suited me perfectly. I've been getting my hair cut by Sarah for over a year now, and she’s always been professional, thoughtful, and consistent. She takes the time to assess the health of my hair and gives helpful suggestions tailored to what suits me best. Sarah is not overly chatty, which I personally appreciate — she’s warm, friendly, and focused on her work. Today, I brought my mum along and asked Sarah to fix a haircut that had gone wrong at another salon. Sarah gave great advice and worked her magic — my mum left so happy with her new look! We both truly appreciate her care and skill. Highly recommend!

I just saw Ivy again and she truly never misses! I had recently gotten highlights done elsewhere, and Ivy suggested we focus on hydration this time. We went with the Milbon Intensive Treatment and a haircut and my hair has never felt softer or more nourished. I completely trust Ivy with my hair. She always takes the time to assess what it needs and recommends exactly what will keep it healthy and looking its best. She’s so knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about her clients.
