Most enjoyable. My daughter was with me last weekend. Arne' offered her a pedicure, which was nice as we could be together. This was the best that Arne' has ever done my nails. Thank you!

She did my pedicure on a comfortable bed and warm room. She was so professional

The experience was a good one despite the fact that one of the therapists hurt my toe during the pedicure and it bled and it’s still painful. That somewhat spoiled the experience for me. Secondly, there was no questionnaire to assess our allergies, health conditions that could affect the treatments. Lastly, it’s only fair to communicate with guests and remind them to bring costumes and towels for them jacuzzi, because not all spas expect customers to bring them. We had to go out and buy costumes to avoid forfeiting the jacuzzi session. Restaurant was great and the hotel is a beautiful one.

The treatment was absolutely amazing, Vinolia and Kgomotso did a great job. The lunch was horrible though, we ordered the smoked salmon dish but couldn't eat even a quarter of it because it was so bad.
