Emily-Lara is always so patient and understanding when it comes to what I want my nails to look like. I’ve been to a few nail technicians but none come close to her skills and positive attitude to work with you each time. That’s why I keep going back because I know she had the time for my requests and I can tell Emily enjoys what she does. Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. She always makes sure you leave her happy with the treatments you have had. I highly recommend her services you will not be disappointed she is simply the best beauty therapist. Thank you Junni X

As always Charlotte's massage's are the best I have ever had. Feel invigorated after my Swedish massage and my sore back, shoulders and neck feels so much better. Wish I could afford it daily !!
