I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work. Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. I know Nicola since few years back, I tried different treatments with her and she always sends me home relaxed and very satisfied. Stacey always go's above and beyond with the services she provides. She has been doing my nails and toes for the last 5/6 years and I've never had a bad set yet!!! Today I had a full body massage and it was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and mood was just perfect 10 out of 10 xxx
