Lucy is very polite and professional. I had a lovely pedicure which she was very competent in carrying out. Lucy is a great addition to the indulgence team.

I was abit disappointed, after booking a pedicure with normal polish, to find i only had the choice of about 10 colours. I had to go for gel polish to get a nice colour which I now need to have removed rather than do it myself at home. The actual pedicure was great but the choice I wasn't happy with.
