I booked a 2.5 service for my husband and I on my birthday , everything was great except we did not get robes which I was pretty shocked about. The photos tell a different story. Also it was not explained or offered to us to relax on the deck after our services until I asked, by than I was ready to head out. It think if you up that customer service piece it will really add to the experience because the services were enjoyable.

The staff - Shanique, Stacy and Lauri-Anne - were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return for another treatment, and most definitely recommend their services to others. The ambience of the spa was very soothing and relaxing, perfect if you want to lay around and be pampered.

The treatment was great and very relaxing. The young lady was friendly but professional in her service. Speaking not too much but at the appropriate intervals. Her feedback on status of my muscles etc was welcomed and advice noted for future reference.

Beautiful spa with lovely waiting room and stunning lagoon pool for lounging when finished. Rosanna was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling throughout my prenatal massage and was very gentle. The Elemis Superfood facial with Ashley was amazing too! She was very thorough and all of the products smelled amazing. I would definitely return and recommend AquaSpa to others. Amazing experience, thank you!

I don’t feel short changed or like just another client or opportunity to make money, rather I feel valued. After wax and massage advice, little samples of products to try, cleanliness and constant upgrades to the facilities to enhance her services, all contribute to this 5* rating. She radiates a naturally beautiful energy.

I'm on vacation from the UK and needed a Hollywood wax, I came across Get Waxed by Keraj on IG. I messaged her to book and she got back to me straight away. When I had my wax I was not disappointed! She did a great job, lots of attention to detail. I will be coming back to her when I'm next on the island
