A great experience from start to finish, great aftercare instructions. Tracy is lovely, highly knowledgable, highly recommend. Oh and her room is air conditioned which in this heatwave was appreciated!

I was going for a big change in style and Angela was excellent. She put the time into making sure what I wanted would suit me - and that it would be possible with my hair type. She spent time teaching me how to style it myself at home which was very much appreciated! She was brilliant and I’m delighted with my new style. Would highly recommend - thanks!

Absolutely fabulous service from Tracy as always! I’ve wanted my brows done for YEARS and was both excited and a little nervous. She took so much time making sure that the outlines and shape were perfect with pencil before we committed to the permanent method. I’m so pleased with the results and I can’t wait to wake up with fresh eyebrows every day!

Tracy was great with my daughter who was a little nervous about getting her ears pierced and had a lot of questions 🤣 Tracy explained everything really thoroughly, hygiene standards were impeccable and the jewellery choice was amazing! I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone wanting a piercing or other beauty service and might even be tempted to go back myself for another set of earrings 🤣

Alex is a magician! He transformed my dry, damaged, wispy hair into hair that feels healthy, full-bodied and beautiful. The transformation was incredible. He explained everything, took such great care of me and made me feel completely at ease. Alex is an exceptionally skilled hairdresser but also a genuinely kind and warm-hearted man. I'm so grateful I found him. I left feeling like a million dollars. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

We went to Tracy for my daughter’s first ear piercing and came back again for her second ones. Just as before, Tracy was friendly and welcoming, explained everything clearly and put my daughter at ease. She was quick and efficient when doing the actual piercing and explained all the aftercare well. Excellent experience and would recommend.
