The decor and ambiance inside Elysian Parlour is gorgeous. It feels very boujie! I booked 4 different treatments as I was going on Holiday. I booked individual eyelashes, brow tint and gel polish on hands and feet. The staff were very friendly and professional. Everything appeared very clean and I felt comfortable. Cons: it was very cold inside (I was offered a blanket which I do appreciate). -I was there over 4 hours and wasn’t offered any refreshments. I just think it would help elevate the experience that little bit more. Other than that I think it’s a lovely place and I will be back!

Imelda was welcoming and it was clear she is experienced at what she does. I went for a laser hair removal consult but, she was able to do my first treatment also. Looking forward to returning.

Great experience getting my lips filled for the first time. I was really nervous but I had nothing to be nervous about at all. The numbing cream was great barely felt anything. Didn’t take long to do, and maliyah was really nice 😊 definitely would go again!

My Husband had a facial and he looks ten years younger an amazing service.

Had a great mini facial today with Imelda (as always). She is very professional and caring and knows the products she uses very well. Every treatment is excellent and I have been going to Gaia for various treatments for many years and I am always welcomed and helped to have some "me time" in my usually busy week/month.

The best Reflexology treatment. So relaxing I nearly fell to sleep. Definitely recommend

As snow prevented my last visit I was ready for this appointment. I feel much better now after the treatment and walked out with a clear mind and lighter step. Well worth the outlay!

It was cold in the salon. Both girls were lovely,however I was a little disappointed that nails were not put in a drier and so subsequently two of my nails were smudged by the time I had had my ears pierced and then got home.

Had a great cut and colour by Chloe today. After years of using one stylist only and feeling really stressed going to someone new I’ve been determined to not rely on one and have now used 3 stylists at this salon and been happy each time! Wow, from the moment of first contact, you guys have been fantastic. The salon is unbelievable and the nice touch of the drink choice on arrival is excellent. My treatment with Mandeep was probably the best I have ever had in 30 years. What a lovely lady, so professional and made you feel at ease from the moment I went in.
