I am very pleased with my visit to Terrapin. The staff are friendly, professional and reassuring. My daughter had her ears pierced and it was a very quick and smooth visit.

Our experience was absolutely excellent! Our piercer was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable in her field and incredibly skilled at reassuring my daughter throughout the entire process. She made the experience smooth and comfortable, and we couldn’t be more grateful. I regret not catching her name, but I hope she sees this and knows how much we appreciate her professionalism and kindness. She clearly enjoys her role. Her colleague was equally as lovely. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great piercing experience!
