It was my forst time being pierced at The Beauty House with Charlene and I must say it's not going to be the last. Piercing done professionally with ease and made me feel relaxed. I first went to Ciara around a year ago to get my nails done and I haven't looked back. I have had some really bad experiences in the past and it is safe to say that I wholeheartedly trust Ciara. She is so friendly and professional and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. She takes so much time to prep the nail and the finish is always outstanding and lasts for a very long time! I feel so grateful that I have finally managed to find someone like Ciara and every visit to the salon is a pleasure!

Ciara was absolutely amazing! She talked me through the piercing process so well. I was really nervous but she calmed me down and looked after me really well. Everything was profesionally done and clean.

Having had a busy week which included a very heavy workload and a funeral, how wonderful to have Esther's soothing hands and calm words to ease body and mind via an Indian Head/Shoulders/Back massage. It was fantastic and I feel relaxed and yet refreshed. Thank you so much Esther for an uplifting experience once more. Already looking forward to my massage in May.
