I had a massage earlier with April and it was amazing. She was incredibly skilled, especially with the hot stones - I felt so relaxed the entire time. I also had my facial treatment with her and she did a wonderful job. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. April was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience so relaxing. My partner also had a massage and facial with Jane, and he was very happy with his treatment. He said Jane was attentive, calming, and made the whole session feel really comfortable. His skin felt great afterwards too. Overall, we both had such a lovely experience!

Lonely massage with Ivy. I was suprised she got my knots in my shoulders blades. Had a lovely back massage—such a relaxing experience! The place was clean, the atmosphere was calming, and everything felt very professional. I left feeling refreshed and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a good reset.

I never had Hilot massage before today and must say, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I upgraded to hard pressure and opted out of cupping. My massage therapist had good attention to detail, she did a really good job of finding and releasing the knots in my shoulders/back. Very friendly and professional staff, relaxing atmosphere and good value for money too

I have been a regular customer of therapist Michelle and she is really great! However, it is Really Hard to be relaxed when the loud noises in reception area, by the end of the room and customer phone ringing and talking loudly! I wish the staff and customer be more respectful of others than just themselves!!! This defeats the purpose of being a relaxing massages.

A great, relaxing experience - came here because of a grab one voucher and paid $10 extra for cupping on site. The booking was very easy, and confirmation + pre massage cause form was very easy to navigate. The ladies at bamboo spa treated me with respect and was very polite and there was not a point where I felt uncomfortable. The lady that massaged me often check in on the pressure during the session and prior to the session, made sure I understood what the massage was going to be for and a little bit about the cupping method and the bruising that will come after. Thank you!
