1st time going to Lucy, I booked the june offer which was a back,neck and head massage. It was amazing felt very relaxed throughout, she made me feel very comfortable. I also booked a wax on my eyebrows and I love how she has done them. Thank you again I will definitely be booking again.

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Lou is amazing. I've only ever felt relaxed in home style salons and Lou really has a lovely relaxing vibe and a warm atmosphere (not forgetting the warm beauty table!). I searched for a long time after moving to the area and my search is most definitely over. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and I always look forward to my next treatment!

I had the most amazing Swedish massage with Jodie! From start to finish the experience was so relaxing and professional. First time booking with Natural body cafe. On arrival welcomed with a warm proffesional manner. The booking system is very straightforward and hassle free. The rooms were very clean and toilet facilities clean too. What made it a 5 star for me' was being listened too ' regards my needs due to a sore back and tense muscles down on side of my back and and that being the key focus. The massage was to a high standard leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed and helped to reduce ankes and pains. The prices are very competitive with plenty choices . After a terrible 2025nI booked today off. I looked for a last minute appointment, inky yesterday and was lucky enough to get one today. I am always a little apprehensive (no idea why) Jody was great from the moment we meet. I felt instantly at ease. The massage and facial were wonderful. Far exceeded my expectations. I had a deep tissue massage with Chris and it was honestly so good. It felt amazing and really helped ease the tension in my legs, shoulders and upper back. I felt so much more relaxed afterwards. Chris is a really nice guy and super easy to chat to, which made the whole thing feel comfortable and chilled. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a great massage.
