Had a massage yesterday at Brighton Massage with Michael and it was a great experience from start to finish. The space felt calm and welcoming, which immediately helped me switch off. Michael was friendly and put me at ease straight away, and we even had a bit of a laugh which made it feel really natural. The massage itself was excellent, just the right balance of relaxing and effective. The hour genuinely flew by. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and properly looked after. I will definitely go back again.

I’ve been suffering with chronic pain in my left hip for some years now, this was after an accident and due to the injury being neglected, the joint has become very stiff and sore to work with, Helen’s work with the Sarga technique was and is amazing, so much more strength and consistent pressure skimming across my fascia, I felt instantly relaxed, Helen’s intuition was great, she knew instantly when to ease off and apply more when needed. Thank you Helen, I will be back, and referring you to friends and family.

My treatment with Helen was superb. Prior to the appointment we had discussions about my health conditions and how the treatment would be tailored to work with them. On the day a further consultation was done to follow up. The treatment itself was thoroughly relaxing, I left feeling calm, refreshed and unknotted 🤩

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.

I have been visiting Michael for a sports massage for a while now, also asking to help with a recurring muscle pain in my lower left calf. This time I wanted him to look at a slight cramping pain in my lower shoulder area due to bad posture. At my request we spent most of the time concentrating on these areas and he hits the spot every time. As usual am very happy with the service I have received and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had to write a review after my massage with Mikey....he really is a Muscle Mechanic! If only I'd booked a full body....next time will definitely be the 90 minute one! I deserve it! He worked so intuitively with my body...really getting into all the areas that needed attention...and found so many places where I didn't even know I was holding tension! He really held space for me so beautifully; and his new location in Hanover is ideal. I felt so much lighter afterwards - like layers of stress had been massaged away. It lifted my mood as much as my body! I felt really rejuvenated!

From making the initial booking Michael was very professional. He supplied full details of what to expect and what to do prior and post treatment. A little nervous on arrival, Michael soon helped me to relax and put me at ease. Michael explained each section of the procedure which was a great help. I would definitely recommend Michael for a first timer. I will be back without a doubt. Many thanks Michael. Oh! Perhaps I should explained my treatment was for a personal waxing, hence the slight anxiety

Follow up appointment for the ongoing neck issue. The hour focussed primarily on the back and neck area that is the problem. There has been an improvement with regard to discomfort and mobility however I am aware that additional work is necessary, there is no overnight magic fix. Doing the exercises that Michael has advised should also help the road to recovery. Michael knows his business and understands that finances need to be managed so there is no pressure on rebooking . A return visit is a given ( once I can fund the next appointment) Thank you Michael👍
