What a lovely, warm and inviting spa. This is the real deal in spas and the whole experience made me feel calm and relaxed. The massage therapist really knew how to find the tight muscles and was very responsive and absolutely lovely. I would come back here again when visiting the Gold Coast ❤️

On our trip to Gold Coast from Christchurch, New Zealand we decided to treat ourselves while we were in the Gold Coast and get a massage, after looking at multiple places we picked Lan massage and we have absolutely no regrets! This was the most beautiful and relaxing massage we have ever experienced! Everyone was so welcoming and polite! We will definitely be back <3

I’ve been here numerous times and every time my experience is exceptional. Every masseuse I’ve had has been fantastic, plus their customer service is always great. The privacy of your own rooms makes this experience so much better than most other places on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend.

It was really beautiful and the staff were delightful. There is room for improvement which I'm sure they will do being a new business. My remedial massage was too soft despite asking her to go harder. They didn't supply hot moist towels to wipe off the oil, the essential oil that I paid extra for, was very weak in scent, usually before my feet are massaged, they get wiped with a warm moist towel, this didn't happen, there was no candle or diffuser in the room to make the place smell nice and the one in reception was not on. The music was a bit more upbeat than spa like. Still, would go again

As per usual, it was and is, the best massage and facial experience on the Gold Coast. I am a regular customer and always come away feeling amazing, pampered and relaxed.

Eika is the best person in the Gold Coast to receive a massage from! My last massage I felt extremely taken care of and rejuvenated, the whole day after I felt immensely happy from her massage. She actually listens to your concerns and focuses on those areas, you can tell throughout she knows what she is doing, very professional with magic hands not only this but she’s a very warm and respectable person. I won’t be going anywhere else but here

I go to Flex Beauty & Aroma every few months, as it is by far the best massage and facial I have ever had on the Gold Coast. I always come away feeling relaxed and floating 🥰

Had a couple services while on holidays to Gold Coast. Not for the faint of heart. Like some parlours, massages will press deep into muscle knots, but they do offer softer massaging , and pleasant massage always follows. Facility is calm, staff is beautiful. All happy

My first experience at Eika's Beauty Clinic was amazing. She was so lovely and addressed my concerns with my skin. I got the $149 deal - the massage was perfect, and my skin looks refreshed! I'll definitely be coming back!

Best massage on the Gold Coast !

I had an hour oil Thai massage with Prim and it was absolutely amazing! She targeted all the needed areas and I walked out feeling super relaxed. I have been coming to TTR for a while now and ever time it’s perfect.

I went here with my mum. We did the oil remedical massage for an hour. The experience was so nice and the staffs are so professional. Definitely going back for another treatment!

My go to massage place . Massage and Eika’s customer service is always on point.

Always a great experience at flex beauty and aroma. I had waited it too long since my last one so had lots of ailments but left there feeling great. Highly recommended and the only place my partner and I go on the coast for a quality massage.
