Nicole was amazing to work with! Very friendly, personable and professional. She helped me pick what ear piercings to get and walked me through what it was going to be like. She made it a breeze and kept my anxiety at bay. She even helped me with an angry piercing and set me up for success for it to heal correctly. I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. What a fantastic experience! I would absolutely recommend a first piercing appointment for any kiddo here. They had a teddy bear waiting for her in the chair to hold and she got to take it home. The ladies were so sweet and welcoming. 100/10!!
