I had such a great experience with Lucy! She really listened to what I wanted. Lucy was super attentive, offering some great advice along the way to make sure I was happy with everything. I had my nails done for the first time today and I had a great experience. Saff was friendly and her attention to detail was absolutely incredible! She perfected the Disney themed design that I had asked for to go on holiday and I haven’t stopped looking at my nails all day! Will definitely be back x

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.
