I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

Jess was brilliant today, a last minute change of plan this morning meant I was a bit shorter on time than originally planned when I booked the appointment. Jess managed to get my gel manicure done including the nail art within an hour and finished to the highest of standards. Elsie is a FANTASTIC nail artist. For the (almost) year I’ve been going to her lovely little studio she’s provided high quality nails that last amazingly well in my hands-on job. Elsie was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time and she brought my vision for my nails to life. Was a little scared to try something new but she was really understanding and helped me decide what I would prefer. From booking with Laura to my appointment with Amanda the whole experience was first class. After a break from nails my nails were in a state! Amanda was wonderful.
