I had my nails done today at Beauty by Karen Holmes, and I’m absolutely delighted with them! From the moment I arrived, Karen made me feel so welcome — especially as I’ve just moved to Hamilton and was looking for a new beauty therapist. She took her time, paid so much attention to detail, and the finish is perfect. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be back. Highly recommend x

A very good nail technician particularly given the state of my nails. The technician was lovely and very skilled at her craft. I also had my eyebrows tinted (hybrid) again the technician took the time explaining the differences between the different options and outcome. Great experience and would highly recommend them both. Fabulous salon! Designer surroundings but at reasonable prices. The friendliness of the staff and owners, Mario and Michelle, the expertise in designs and a one stop shop for nails, brows and lashes. I particularly love the massage chairs at pedicure stations and the modern decor with option to select from a variety of coffees, soft drinks and snacks again all reasonably priced which makes it a truly spa like feel no matter what you are in for. It’s taken a while to find a salon I completely trust to do an exceptional job and feel comfortable in - will go nowhere else now!

I recently visited NCM Beauty for a pampering session and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I got Gel toes including a scrub, BIAB nails, eyebrow wax & tint and a forearm wax. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Natalie was super attentive throughout my visit. She really took her time to understand what I wanted and ensured that every treatment was done to perfection. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely visit to Natalie for holiday pampering. Nails are lovely and Natalie always gives me good advice when choosing a colour. I only have half a nail on my left toe nail but Natalie worked her magic and reconstructed for me. This looks better than my natural nails ! Love my LVL lashes. This has really opened up my eyes. Highly recommend.
