Always a lovely experience when getting my nails done by Ava. She’s the nicest girl and makes me feel comfortable and welcome. I always get the best compliments after getting my nails done by her. She uses such precision to replicate all the difficult designs I come to her with ! The space is really cosy and clean, also has a TV which is always a bonus!! Its also dead centre in bath so really convenient about 5-10min from the bus station and in a nice location. 100% recommended if you are looking for a nice relaxed environment for incredible nails, she’s the go to !

Amazing service! Prices are amazing and the amount of choice you have for colour/style are fab! She’s bubbly, chatty and always happy to accommodate whatever the customer needs! Will be going to see her for all my nail needs! Cannot recommend enough!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Wonderful! My nails were in a terrible state when I came in and thanks to my technician's skill, care and individualised attention, they came out healthier, stronger and looking great. The salon itself is lovely too - a calm, tranquil setting in which to unwind.

Ali was kind enough to take me last minute and despite not booking the right treatment, she was patient with me. She was very attentive to details and made sure my nails were perfect at every step of the manicure. I'm definitely coming back! Thank you so much, Ali☺️

As always this was an absolute pleasure, and the impeccable quality of my manicure and pedicure are truly second to none. Aimee was very professional. Having been to a few nail techs, this was a lovely experience. She was gentle, thorough and didn't rush. With a huge choice of colours, she was patient whilst I struggled to make my choice. I'd highly recommend Aimee to everyone.

10/10 experience, she fully manicured my nails before starting which I’ve found most salons don’t do, she made sure I was really happy with the design and colours etc. also everything was priced very reasonably I’d definitely recommend Nail Devotion and I’ll definitely be back!

12 Trim Street provide an incredible personalised service and always welcome you with warmth and friendliness. Stylists can’t do enough to help you and make an effort to make your visit feel like a special part of your day. They are all lovely, particularly Laa and Lily.

I couldn’t recommend enough I have had 3 x sets from nail devotion and all last over a month!!! And they always exceed my expectations and leave loving my nails. Ava is so lovely and I can always be honest with how I like my nails. Defo recommend the nails are always so amazing

I’m so happy with my nails. Ava was very friendly and the space was nice and comfortable. I was quite early and was able to have a coffee while i waited. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a 1:1 nail treatment.

My time at the salon is precious me time. Always great to see Will who does a fantastic job with my hair. every time I see him. The only thing I would say is the lady who washed my hair had very sharp nails and hurt me. Perhaps this is something that needs addressing. That’s why I’ve given you 4 stars today instead of the usual 5.

I am so particular about my hair, so finding a new salon when I moved house was a big task….I came across 12 Trim Street and I’m here to stay! The salon itself is beautiful, the design is stunning! Once inside the atmosphere is so nice and everyone is so friendly. My hairdresser is Will, he is incredible, an absolute artist! I trust him fully with my hair already, my hair is in such good condition and the colour and cut is stunning! I have had so many compliments on my hair since the fabulous Will worked his magic! So from a fussy girl, I can honestly say it’s the best salon I’ve been to🧡 xxx

So happy with my nails, and the studio is really good- TV if you want it, tea/coffee available too, very comfortable and pleasant. Ava really did an amazing job, much better than other places Ive been. Attention to detail and cuticles was great. Will definitely return again
