My nails look amazing as always. However, I booked a French manicure with coloured dip, and when I arrived the nail tech didn’t know how to do French dip and no one else was available. I was offered ombré which was fine and again looks really nice. But what I didn’t appreciate was being charged for ombré when it was a staffing error on their part. I feel like I should’ve been offered the same price my French dip was as compensation

Ellie and Kassy are both excellent nail technicians. This salon is especially great if you’re looking for a variety of colours and nail art designs. Highly recommend for nail art and lasting bio gel sets.

Great! The foot bath was very nice and relaxing and the staff were very nice and sweet and accomodating. Ellie even offered me some cold water, and my nails turned out really cute. I'd love to go back sometime soon!

10/10! I've been going to Phi Beauty Bar for about 1.5 years now and every time has always been amazing. Sophia always puts so much care and attention into my nails which is so appreciated. Everyone who works there are always friendly and helpful and the place is kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure getting my nails done with ch_lashes90. Their skills for nail art is everything I could ask for and more. They’re super careful and has never rushed a set. They always makes sure I’m satisfied with my set before I leave! By far one of the best people I’ve gotten to do my nails in Ottawa!!

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. The salon is immaculate & no matter who you choose & appointment with, you will be guaranteed a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough great things about this spot! Kim was very professional and did a great job on the rounding of my nails. Didn't particularly like the music played in the salon. Profanity in some of the songs was not appreciated and suggest a more spa like genre.

Kai did a beautiful job on my manicure. I got a full set of gel nails and he did an ombre technique for the base and then a metallic star design that involved very find brush work. He did a great job, and I was particularly impressed with how he sculpted and shaped the nail. They feel really natural and lightweight.

My go-to nail salon. Absolutely amazing nail art from Kim!
