Saily was amazing. My first time here and she identified some incorrect things about my nails that were done by previous techs (not from R. Luxury Nails). I showed her what design/finishes I was after, and she did such a great job at bringing it to life! She also did a complete removal of the old work and started fresh with the correct medium for my natural nails. So appreciative of her knowledge and expertise throughout the entire visit. Hanna is so sweet and super fantastic. I loved watching her sit and chat with my eight year old and respectful discuss her nail art choices, making her little fruit nail dreams come true. I highly recommend her.

This was my first FLO experience but I'll be back - the vibe was chill, everyone was so friendly, and my mani/pedi is gorgeous! I felt really welcomed and loved how Mara took the colours I requested and made some bold and summery nail art for me. Thanks for the excellent service!

Becca is so patient and sweet. First time I was here, I had nails done from other place, Becca patiently spent quite a lot time to take them off. My nails stayed perfectly for weeks without any cracking.

I live right down the street from this nail salon. I drive past it on my way home from work and I was always curious about their services. Today I decided to book and appointment and go. I did a deluxe manicure with the hot oil and massage. I believe my nail tech was Bosna (sorry if that’s wrong). She was super welcoming and friendly. I will 100% be back and will be recommended my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

Treated my daughter to manicure for her 11th birthday and it was a hit. Natalie was awesome with my daughter and her nail art made my kiddo’s day.

Once again a fantastic experience! Hanna is so amazing!!!!!! She made my nails looks great with her beautiful nail art, in additional to a great pedi, brow and lash tint. Great atmosphere there, too - everyone is friendly and there is such a positive vibe.

All staff are welcoming from the moment you step through the door! Lidia was on time and ready for me and listened to what I wanted done. The appointment was engaging and my nails looked fabulous!

It was amazing.I entered with a poor excuse for nails and exited with polished, shimmering nails . An enormous improvement. As a gardener, I promised to wear gloves. And I’m going to be rewarded with a little longer nail next time I enter .
