Chenel really went into depth with what builder gel will do and educated me on how this is the best thing to start my natural nail journey as a chronic anxiety written nail biter. With every step she told me what she was doing and what for which made me feel super comfortable and have the confidence in her that she knows what she is doing and as she said, trust the process.
