I had a nice experience but felt the nail technician I had was highly anxious and inexperienced. She didn't seem very confident and struggled to engage in minor chit chat. I am pretty happy with my nails, but can tell that she was inexperienced from the quality, however I had 2 vouchers to use, so didn't have to pay much, so happy with it overall. I am generally always happy to have inexperienced techs, everyone has to start somewhere, but it is good to flag inexperience and have it represented in the price.

Over the years I have been going to Mitty it just becomes more and more of a lovely and welcoming environment. Oli did an incredible job! They talked me through everything they did and made sure I was happy at each step. They recommended some nail art and helped me pick out a colour I liked. My nails are a perfect shape, which I have found is a struggle as I keep them really short, and look fantastic. Thank you!

I just went back to Mitty after having to take a break because of the cost of living and it feels so good to have my nails done again. The builder gel makes my nails really strong without damaging them. The Mitty team is super professional and friendly, and I love their creativity with nail art, especially the monthly special. My nail appointments will just have to be in the budget now no matter what!

Getting my nails done from Kara is the most amazing experience. Her expertise on nail health is impeccable! Her art is also always done perfectly 💗

Loved Kara's healthy nails first approach and her super gentle minimal acetone removal of gel polish. She is meticulous and has real attention to detail even for the boring clients like me who only want a gel manicure (no art!).
