I was greeted on time and the staff was friendly and made me feel relaxed and welcome. The nail technologist is very professional and doesn`t rush. I really felt special. I will definitely go back again. Highly recommended.

I found the nail tech that did my manicure to be experienced and very polite. She was attentive to my choices and carried out what I wanted her to do with ease i would however suggest a more qualified lady to attend to the reception area she was not very sure of herself and the manner she addressed questions was not professional. Service given to me 4 appearance of store 3 quality of service upfront 2

It was such an amazing experience. It is by the far the best I have had in a long time. Carren did not hurt my nails, stuck to want I wanted and prepped my nails nicely. Really do not waste your time with other places. Trust me I have tried the famous ones around and they are not as good. It was my first time I did Matt nails and she killed the look. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM THEY ARE 1000% WORTH IT

This is my second time at the nail salon, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. From the receptionist to the staff, everyone is always smiling and genuinely friendly. The customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Maru is a star. My nails were broken from the previous visit with a different nail tech, but she sorted them out. Her workmanship is also amazing. Always a treat with her.

Prim was absolutely fabulous! She gave the best pedi EVER! From the soak to scrub, massage, filing and shaping of the nails to the perfect paint job. All done thoroughly, meticulous and with great care. I will most definitely make use of Prim's services again and I highly recommend her. She is a lovely young lady :-)

Since then, I've become a regular customer, thanks to her excellent service. I also want to express my gratitude to Tinotenda – she did not only provide amazing nail services but also took the time to listen and encourage me when I was feeling down during my first appointment.
