Our experience was amazing and the lady felicity who did Keas hair was extremely good and patient with her, very gentle too we definitely found a home for Kea hair. However in future I think she might need to cut her very long nails as it does not present a hygienic look considering she’s handling very sensitive scalps for kids, other than that I am an extremely happy customer and will be coming back
