I am thrilled. I have had a really hard time finding someone who can do acrylic nails (fills) with gel polish in Tulum. Itayetzi did an amazing job! She is very careful and detail oriented. The shop is also extremely nice and organized. As a nice touch, they also offer you a beverage of your choice. I was surprised at how good the cappuccino was 😍 I have been doing acrylics since 1987, and when I travel, it can be a bit challenging. I live in Tulum part of the year, and from now on, this will be my go to salon for my nails and pedicures. Prices are also very fair.

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Absolutely fantastic! Lovely friendly staff. Incredibly clean salon. I showed the nail tech an inspiration photo and she executed exactly. The time and precision she took to make sure my nails were in good condition as well as matching the photo was incredible. When I’m back in Tulum, I’ll definitely be back here. Also lovely to have a coffee during the appointment too. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting monthly massages for the past few years and this was definitely in the top three massages I’ve ever gotten. The holistic massage was the perfect amount of pressure and they covered the entire body. I loved the inclusion of hot stones and scents. The space itself was the most unique spa I’ve ever been to. It’s in this beautiful cave-like room that gives the service a very grounded and magical energy. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great and memorable service!!

This Spa deserves 10 stars. The service for my husband and I was fantastic!!! We did the fire ritual it was a great connecting experience. I highly recommend 👌 ☺️

The atmosphere of this spa is lovely. Feeling of calmness soon as you walk in. Stayed at Motto and realized the gem was right upstairs. Ivana gave me an awesome 60min holistic massage! She made sure pressure was good throughout the session. Highly recommend this spa if youre in Tulum.

Fantastic experience; great service and atmosphere. Went for a foot massage. I'll definitely be going back here, one of the best spots in Tulum in a very nice mall.

My husband and myself went for a couples massage and we had a wonderful experience. I have been having massages all my life and the ladies were very professional. The massage was incredible and instead of doing one hour we did an hour and a half. I would recommend it highly if you need a relaxing day. They also served us tea at the end, which was sweet. The place is spotless and has a great vibe. Also, the staff is super accommodating as we’re late because we couldn’t find a place.
