I always love my appointments at Polished. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere so welcoming and warm, and all the ladies who work there go the extra mile. This gem of a place is excellent, you receive the best quality treatments and the products are top class, service is first class as is the knowledge and skill level of each of the beauticians, advisors, nail technicians and therapists - they are the best. My visists to Polished have always made me feel wondeful and so special after each treatment, the investment in oneself is worth it and more.

Absolutely first class service & advice from Lucy at Polished. I had several treatments: nails, eyebrow tint & a facial treatment, all were carried out in a Covid safe environment & with the greatest of care & precision. I was given advice on follow up treatments & additional care products that could prolong & enhance my treatments. As for my nails, Lucy & myself discussed what we were going to do with them two weeks ago & we found out today that this look was trending at London Fashion Week - "Wow!" I feel like a million dollars, so pleased that Polished are the frontrunners for treatments.

Polished, Ashtead are fabulous. They treat nails (and clients) with utmost respect, their products are first class, as are their treatments. Lucy is great and my nails are a talking point - whether I am teaching or working in sales - Lucy deserves the credit for this, not me! If you want your nails to look amazing and want to feel good, Polished is the place to visit. Excellent service, fantastic treatments and affordable prices. Polished also reward regular customers with bonuses. Make sure you visit this salon and find out about their treatments.

I have my nails done regularly with Sara who always carries out a lovely manicure, no matter how bad my nails are when I arrive, they always look amazing when I leave. It is a pleasure to spend an hour with her while she performs this miracle, Sara is friendly with a very warm personality, is chatty, kind and very talented! I wouldn't hesitate to leave her a well deserved 5 star review.

Great experience at the salon, very pleased with my brows and pedicure and nails. Feel thoroughly pampered.
