After my experience today perhaps it would be beneficial for both the customer and your business to ask some preview questions as part of your booking process. If this was asked of me when booking I would have explained I had gel polish on my toenails and there could have been more time allocated to allow for removal and therefore I would have gained the service that I had been looking for, hopefully next time this could be catered for as most salons only offer gel. Thanks again

Had a lovely relaxing time and I feel rejuvenated. My facial was awesome, and my skin looks brighter. My pedicure was fabulous, and my feet feel silky smooth. My manicure was wonderful and my nails look very pretty. Great service.
