I took my friend for a facial — she had never been before and was quite anxious about the whole thing. When it was over, the first thing out of her mouth was, “that was amazing!“. Donna put my friend at ease and was very responsive to question questions and suggestions throughout the process. She started the whole process by giving my friend several scents to smell and see what she liked and what she didn’t like. Then she allowed me to sit with my friend next to the treatment table while she did the facial. At the end, she even gave her a few samples to take home. We’ll definitely be back!

She checked multiple times throughout the session to make sure the nails were to my liking, and even let me try multiple options when I couldn’t decide. I had an amazing experience with the whole Day Spa retreat package. Sumaira did such an amazing job with my facial and massage then I had a blast with Preeti during my mani pedi…she’s so great! Overall it was a full day of relaxation and pampering on my birthday eve which was so worth it!

I normally get allergy reactions from lash extensions, but with her I barely had any. Therese was very friendly and considerate of every single little thing.
