Roop is a great establishment with friendly staff. I enjoyed my microneedling experience done by Janvi and waxing by Chipo. The prices are reasonable and all treatments are done with care, good products and great information is provided. I highly rate Roop!

I booked a reflexology session with Monique. She worked so well and told me where all my aches and pains were! Great session, very professional.

Always such a nice experience! I would gladly recommend to anyone - personal attention, no double bookings, so no waiting around, in and out and always happy with the results. Microneedling is a must at Metanoia!! I have a standard booking every 4 weeks, they have nice specials and appointment arranging so easy over Whatsapp! Really just a good place for busy ladies to unwind and get your stuff done and dusted for the month!

Monique is really professional and very knowledgeable. Her hands are magic!! I booked for the next treatment the same day!

Marné created a very calm atmosphere for the duration of the treatment. She is great at explaining the procedure as she goes along and made me feel at ease during my first microneedling procedure. Looking forward to my next visit.
