I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. I haven’t seen them this curly in such a long time. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered. Highly recommend! ✨

I had my brows done here. I am very careful with my brows and after some research, I chose her to do them. The experience was very nice and even though I was kinda nervous at the beginning, the result was amazing and I am very happy with the brows. I will definitely return!

I was only in Warwick for one night for a 60th birthday so I booked in with Kelly for a wash and blow dry before the event. She is such a lovely lady who did a fantastic job on my hair. If I lived in the area, I would be more than happy to have her as my go-to hairdresser :-)

Simply the best beauty therapist in Warwickshire and, probably, beyond! Corolee is the most dedicated therapist that I have ever known. I have been a client for over 15 years and, although I have visited others, none can compare. I wish everything in my life was as dedicated as wonderful as Corolee!

I was nervous and anxious about having any procedure, I don’t like needles and especially not near my face. However, from 1st contact, right up to 2 weeks after I’ve received the best care and best customer service. Pain free and relaxed environment, and I was listened too and got exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks again :)

Not my first trip to Pippa, but my first having any real aesthetics work done! After lots of in depth chats in previous sessions she made me feel so confident in taking the leap to give what I wanted a go. The whole process was super relaxed and educational, making sure I understood everything that was going to happen so there were no surprises, as well as in-depth chats about after care. I booked for a Full Body Massage & I was settled in a tranquil setting, warm & calming. The massage was absolutely amazing, I felt myself drooling at times. I was so relaxed that the following customer watched me float out & said I looked so relaxed that I was great advertisement (honestly I felt so relaxed & revived!) the massage was much needed. I remiss not to say I really found the room smelling pleasant & the product used put me back to a de va ju of a 5star spa I’ve been too. When my eyes were closed I was back there with corolee’s magic! thank you again - I highly recommended x

Charlotte kindly offered to redo a lash lift using a smaller size shield. The results are great! She is so knowledgeable and creates a great experience all round. Cannot recommend her enough!
