Stacey was fabulous, on top of my booked treatment, she gave me honest realistic advice about other areas of concern and recommended possible treatments, while fully informing me of the positives and negatives of the options available. Great service all round.

Ana was lovely, and I’m grateful she was able to accommodate myself with my son. I did feel the handling around the more intimate areas could have been a bit gentler. The technique felt slightly heavy-handed at times, and a softer touch would have made the experience more comfortable - also whilst she was wearing gloves, she kept tucking her hair behind her ears and then touching my intimate area after which I found a little unhygienic. But she was lovely.
