Eve is professional, and brilliant at her job. She explains everything so well, and my skin reflects how well she has helped me look after it. Micro needling includes a relaxing mask and head massage. I highly recommend

Beth is amazing, talented and a perfectionist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I moved to London now but still travel back to Southampton once a month for my facial with Beth, so that must tell you how fabulous she is! Plus I love our little chats during our facial. Highly recommend

I had my first microneedling treatment at Cydney Cosmetics and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Rhea was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to carry out a detailed initial consultation, answered all my questions, and explained each step of the procedure clearly. Throughout the treatment, she checked in with me and ensured I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Cydney Cosmetics and Rhea!

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Had my first ever microneedling facial with Beth, she explained the entire proccess and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Beth was absolutely lovely and very very professional. 100% recommend everyone to go to Refresh Skin Therapy, I will definitely be going back.

Today I had an appointment with Shannon for micro needling on my stomach. Always a pleasure having my Treatments done with Shannon. Looking forward to my results I also had hydro facial with Elie Everything was explained really well. And feel satisfied, I will get great results. I will definitely book another hydro facial. I absolutely loved the sessions and it’s nice to have acknowledge and professional is staff knowing exactly what to do and give you very useful tips and information before and after the treatment. I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!

Shannon explained the ultimate facial and aftercare for microneedling. She had a calming presence and made me feel very comfortable. I actually fell asleep during the facial massage I was that relaxed! Would definitely recommend the treatment and therapist.

Dr Hannah was very professional and is an expertise in what she does. I look years younger and am estatic with the results. She very gentle with the needle, I hardly felt any pain. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.
