It was My first visit to the nook beauty and I would highly recommend. Gem was absolutely brilliant, I have never had an intimate wax before and I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The room is lovely too. Rebooked in the spot. I had such a calm and comfortable experience from start to finish. Gemma explained everything to me & reassured me. The space was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Gemma is very knowledgeable which helped me feel relaxed. The treatment itself was no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Gemma explained aftercare in person as well as all the information that was shared via email. I will 100% be back & would definitely recommend.

Gemma is professional and friendly and put me at ease from the get go being my first visit to her. I will say it however, it was the best wax I’ve ever had hardly felt a thing and the attention to detail is second to none. Will defintely be back thank you

Fabulous facial in a calm relaxing environment. Gemma is very knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been having micro needling with her for some time, and I love the results. She always talks through any procedures and offers great follow up skincare advice

Today I had my first back facial. From start to finish the experience was fabulous! Jacqui certainly went the extra mile while putting the colour on my hair yesterday. Because Natalie was also putting colour on my nails at the same time. Nothing seems to much trouble for the girls at the Salon. I certainly enjoyed my pampering day yesterday.
