I never thought I’d get excited to have needles in my face! I had my second session of microneedling, top up of the aquashine skin booster & my first ever botox session to even out my forehead wrinkles and a cheeky B12 injection today & Anna is a miracle worker - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my appearance/wellbeing. She is so kind, calm & down to earth, my appointments are always full of the best chats - I’m already looking forward to next month’s treatments! Anna has worked an absolute miracle! She completely dissolved my 6 year old lumpy, migrated filler, injected 1ml back in & this has given me the most gorgeous lip shape & restored the proportions in my face. I also had my first session of microneedling with the Aquashine skin booster which has made me feel so refreshed! Anna was so patient, careful & put me at ease as this was the first time I’d ever had these treatments and the sensation was completely new to me. Kelly is absolutely wonderful; her attention and care is non faultable. She is also an all-round lovely person. My facial was superb, the technique and products she uses are amazing, as well as the addition of the beautiful ambiance of her cabin. I highly recommend the jelly mask as an extra add-on; it’s such a great feeling, as I described to Kelly “it’s like being rebirthed!”

It was my first time with Charlie today, straight away I felt at ease, very comfortable, she’s so friendly and reassuring. I was the most relaxed iv been in a long time. My treatment I had was facial acupuncture, I feel it was a suited to me and met my needs with options to move on to in the future. Amazing treatment with the fascia massage, cupping and the cream on the cake of acupuncture. The glute pain I have had for two years is gone at night, I can turn my head fully to check for traffic when driving the car, big bonus, hadn't realised how bad it had got. Charlie provides a rare mix of amazing treatments and although this was only my first, I will be back to try more. Highly recommend.
