My partner had a hot stone full body massage today with Clare and has had nothing but praise about it. He has had a few massages, hot stone one and normal and he said it was up there as one of the best. He didn't want it to end. Clare was lovely and if we are in Nottingham again at some point we will be booking another.

I visited The Aesthetics and Beauty Co in Beeston today for a polynucleotide and microneedling facial (aka "salmon sperm") — it was amazing! First time trying micro-needling and it won’t be the last. Emma was very professional and gentle. It was so relaxing with no pain. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their skin.

I was honestly quite anxious going in because my hair had previously been cut far too short, but Tereze was wonderful from the very beginning. She took so much time to really listen to what I was worried about and what I hoped for. Throughout the whole cut she checked in at every step, making sure I felt comfortable and happy with what she was doing. I left feeling so relieved and genuinely thrilled with the result. Tereze is not only incredibly skilled but also so thoughtful and attentive. If you’re nervous about a haircut or trying to grow your hair back out, you will be in very good hands
