Nisha was very kind and respectful. However, my appointment was scheduled for an hour, but the entire session took about 45 minutes. I waited a long time for the numbing cream to take effect and the microneedling treatment seemed really short. I expected the treatment itself to take longer, especially since it was for my entire face. I felt like the device didn't move around my face enough, which made me wonder if the treatment was done enough. I paid for the full 6 sessions at once, so I was a little disappointed and would appreciate a little more explanation. Regards, S.D

I couldn’t be happier with my facial balancing results. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. I was made to feel so comfortable, listened to, and never rushed. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt completely confident throughout the whole process. The results are honestly amazing. Felt completely comfortable and informed the whole time. I had the treat of having both Raisah and Nasira at my session for skin needling with skin pen where they really made sure they understood my skin and my skin goals. They explained everything about the procedure and made sure I was fully informed before and throughout every stage including the after care. I actually enjoyed the lie down and excitement about the future improvements to my skin and things that I have been growingly self-conscious about. Amazing service, thanks so much for a lovely session and can’t wait for the results!

This was my first time getting microneedling and hydrafacial done. I opted for the deep renewal and left feeling amazing. Farih addressed my skin concerns with care and tailored to my needs, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My skin is super sensitive but Farih handled it so well. Farih gave me bespoke skincare advice following my treatment. I highly recommend the service to everyone.

I had my first BioRePeel and microneedling session with Rhea and she was absolutely amazing 💕 She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I’m still waiting to see the final results, but so far I’m really happy with the experience. Highly recommend!
