Had a lovely experience Professional Relaxed, comfortable

Had a wonderful facial and head massage today. My skin is very sensitive and reacted to a product that neither Penny or I thought it would, but she fixed it instantly and my face recovered. These things happen and I am grateful for Penny's knowledge and advice when it comes to taking care of my skin.

She is amazing, i was nervous for my treatment walked into the cosiest room, sat in the best chair I have ever sat in and it felt so homely, eased my nerves. She let me know what was happening, let me know if id be sore or not on certain areas, the whole thing was done so quickly and carefully, all while I was so relaxed, she made me feel so secure with it. I will be back. And OMG MY LOVE FOR THAT CHAIR. WOULD GO FOR THAT COMFORTY THING ON ITS OWN HAHA. Honestly go here. No regrets. Thank you so much
