I had an ad-hoc consultation with Lisa for new style and colour. I was very nervous because of a terrible experience with a stylist, just shecwas so patient and friendly she put me completely at ease and I felt like I was really listened to. On the day of cut, Lisa again was amazing, explaining each step and checking that I was happy with the plan and I was. I'm very happy with the outcome.
