Truly a spa like feeling, Emily was fantastic and took into consideration my skin type and allergies/sensitivities. The treatment wasn't rushed at all, and I felt so comfortable. I'm usually very afraid of needles, and I had the microneedling done with no problems at all because I was so relaxed and trusted her wholeheartedly. She used correct PPE and had all single-use materials (not always a given at an at-home salon). Im looking forward to going back in 4 weeks. Could not recommend her more!

Always receive the best service here. The staff are incredibly welcoming and consistently provide excellent care. I’ve been coming for tattoo removal and every visit has been a positive experience. The place itself is also always so spotless and they even had air conditioning during this heatwave which was a bonus! Always look forward to my visits.

Fabulous treatment, as always, by Nathalie at Rejuvenate today. This was a top up treatment of BBGlow or Micro-needling. I have been having regular treatments every 6-8 weeks and starting to see really great results. I have tried several different treatments elsewhere to plump my ageing skin and give it a more youthful glow. This treatment is proving to be a game changer for me. I would definitely recommend it. Full instructions for post treatment care are always first class.

As always Natalie is a master of her craft, exceptional facial tonight, I had RF needling which I have to say am blown away by the immediate results and they will only get better. I had microneedling and the LED light therapy mask facial at The Glow Clinic with Vic about a month ago. My skin was glooowing the days afterwards and the redness only lasted 24 hours. over the last month my scars and marks have faded so much. I was nervous at first as I hadn’t had it done before but Vic was so kind and friendly and I felt super comfortable as she was explaining the best fit facials for my particular skin condition and issues as I initially went in for a peel. Very happy with my results, Thank You!

I had a microneedling treatment with Grace this afternoon and added on the new BioRePeelCI3 and all I can say is WOW. Slight tingle and warm sensation but definitely manageable. I’m already loving the results and it’s only been a few hours. My skin already feels so much tighter. This is part of my third 30 day skin revamp package. Investing in my skin in 2024 has been one of the best decision. The rejuvenate girls are the best!! ✨

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.
