I was initially very nervous as I'm terrible with needles but Sarah was very reassuring and after the first injection I completely relaxed. Sarah's technique is spot on, not only did she do my botox without any discomfort at all she actually made me feel chilled out. I know the needles are only tiny but if you have an irrational fear of needles as I do its a much more difficult experience psychologically. No one has ever taken the time and care, it was a completely different experience than I'm used to! The girl has a magic touch!

I've had many treatments with Sarah from facials to lipblush. Today I had a fine line tattoo. I am obsessed with it! The precision and placement are totally on point it was pain free, I suppose due to the extra fine needle. I've received so many compliments. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down.
