Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Lilly took the time to explain the aftercare and recommend specific products, which was so helpful. She was careful and precise with everything she did, and her knowledge really put me at ease. Everything was sterile — she even unpackaged all the needles in front of me so I could see they were fresh and new. Thank you again for such a fantastic treatment. Another amazing massage. Tension had built up in my muscles because it had been a bit longer than I’d wanted it to be since my last massage, so it was great to feel the relief again finally. Lilly did a great job and I will definitely take up her recommendation for more regular visits otherwise the tension will only worsen.

Lovely to meet Diane - the founder Amazing person and company but most of all the most experienced iv had in 20 years of having extensions. I flew from Jersey to see my sister and researched where to get my hair done close and of course with good reviews. Her skills are Mind blowing and she really does care about the health of ur hair.
