Hayley was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and so easy going. The most comfortable i have ever felt having a service done for the first time by someone new, felt like i had been visiting for years!! Couldn't recommend more, so knowledgeable about the work she does, i had the lumi pro microneedling and honestly i could see the difference straight away, cannot wait for the final results and my next visit!

Finally found someone in Bedford who can get lashes done close to what I always wanted 😍After trying some places where I been promised to get what I want I always end up with the same set of lashes very opposite from that 😅I was about to loose hope and willing to travel outside Bedford , but luckily I came across the beauty clinic by lj and decided to give a go . Leah was honest unlike other places and didn’t promise me that exact same results instead discussed with me different curls and said she will try her best to achieve a close look and she did ! I am soo happy can’t thank enough 😊🙏

I had such a lovely experience having dermaplaning and microneedling with Joanna . From the moment I arrived, Jo was so welcoming and friendly, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole treatment. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was happy and comfortable. The treatment itself was amazing, and my skin felt so fresh and smooth afterwards. I’d definitely recommend Jo to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and relaxing facial experience. I’ll definitely be booking again! 🥰

I had Botox, lumi eyes and profhilo done by Hannah at flo & go and I had the best service and treatment. Everything was explained well to me. And Hannah took the time to keep me calm as I’m super scared of needles. The best around x

Really lovely massage. Back, neck, shoulder and head. My neck and shoulders are always very knotty and felt so much better afterwards, the head massage was very relaxing.
