Very busy little place. Booked online for a 10am appointment and got confirmation. Day of the appointment I was informed they were fully booked until 1.45pm despite the booking system showing plenty of appointments available earlier. Was offered an earlier time of 1.45pm no mention of a refund if that time didn’t suit me. Luckily I was able to reschedule for 2.30pm instead. Got there and waited until 3pm to get hair cut. Service was ok. The ladies were nice and did a good job. Atmosphere was calming but the constant interruptions from other customers can get a bit annoying. My mother her hair!

I have freckles & have been looking for something that actually works. I saw on FB they had a soft opening promo, so I booked a Hydrafacial with LED &DPL laser (with skin analysis),so I decided to give it a try. I’m really happy with the results from my first session and could see the difference straight away. This is not a paid review — I genuinely recommend this place. Lour really knows what she’s doing and made me feel comfortable the whole time. As a bonus, I even got to pick a card from their Christmas tree and won a free body sculpting session! Definitely give them a try.
